The Always Relevant: Albert Einstein

Today is the anniversary of Albert Einstein’s death in 1955. In tribute to the father of modern physics, Albert Einstein, we brush up on our knowledge of the relativity theory and we remember his genius through notable life quotes. We also found this time lapse video made by the speed painter, Martin Missfeldt, whom paints in Adobe Photoshop the faces of famous people. Ironically, we have ourselves wondering (without getting to deep) if the mechanics of time lapse photography could have been created without Einstein’s services to theoretical physics.

“All that is valuable in human society depends upon the opportunity for development accorded the individual.”

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination.”

“The environment is everything that isn’t me.”

“The process of scientific discovery is, in effect, a continual flight from wonder.”

Side note – In case you want to brush up on your knowledge of Albert Einstein’s relativity theory, the website Einstein Light has produced a bunch of animated visuals and short summaries that might put his in depth study into an easier to understand explanation.
