Those brutal, painfully boring classes you’re obligated to take in school where you look up at the clock every few minutes hoping it’ll all be over soon happen to have a silver lining: the longing for a brighter place in a better world in those intolerable 30 minute intervals of torture is when the imagination can brew into an ominous storm where the lightning of creativity can strike. “Robot Elephant” is this consequential revelation brought to life in a stop-motion, other-worldly scene of a robot elephant flying through the air shooting projectiles out of its trunk and blowing shit up.
