Honey can be found in the homes of many people even though we are rarely connected to where it comes from. Nowadays, bee populations are dropping at a rapid pace due to the Colony Collapse Disorder. Some believe reasons for this could be from mite infestations or pesticide use. As a result of the declining bee population many people are starting their own backyard beekeeping in order to help the bees survive.
