Graphic artist, Paige Smith is planting 3D visual treasures in the shape of crystals throughout Los Angeles. These geodes bring a unique nature like formation into the nooks of the considerably dirty streets of Los Angeles – found in the holes of buildings, pipes and brick walls.
Most street art in Los Angeles, is predictably in the form of wheat pasting or graffiti. We really admire this “Geode” Street Art Project, because this type of art has an unpredictable life span and an indeterminable amount of acknowledgement – but thanks to Paige Smith – an attentive person walking down the street of Los Angeles (and hopefully future cities) will have a highly rewarding eye candy experience.
